• Enable Privy wallets for international users

• Enable Transak onboarding for international withdrawals

• Personalize content and recommendations

• Monitor platform safety and security

3. DIGITAL-ASSET FEATURES (NON-U.S. USERS ONLY)

Users located outside the U.S. in permitted jurisdictions may access:

• Profile Coins

• Tokenized follow/unfollow features

• Withdrawal of digital assets through Transak

• Wallet functionality via Privy

Important Notes:

• Valens does not custody digital assets.

• Wallets are created and managed by Privy (MPC infrastructure).

• Fiat ↔ digital-asset conversions are handled solely by Transak, a regulated third-party provider.

• Valens does not access or store your private keys.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share information with:

• Stripe (payments and subscriptions)

• Privy (wallet infrastructure)

• Transak (on-ramp/off-ramp compliance)
