A. Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • business account information (if applicable)

  • messages, posts, and uploaded content

  • subscription selections and billing history

  • payment details (processed by Stripe; Valens does not store full payment information)

B. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

  • device identifiers

  • browser type, operating system, and language

  • region and time zone

  • interaction logs and usage analytics

  • referral sources and links

  • security and fraud-prevention signals

C. Wallet Information (If Connected)
If you choose to connect a third-party digital wallet:

  • we collect and store only the public wallet address

  • the wallet address is used solely to:

    • associate your account with on-chain activity,

    • display engagement or reputation metrics,

    • verify wallet-signed interactions

Valens does not:

  • create or manage wallets,

  • store private keys or recovery phrases,

  • initiate or sign transactions on your behalf,

  • custody or control digital assets.

D. Information From Third Parties
We may receive limited information from:
Stripe

  • payment confirmations

  • subscription status

  • billing and fraud-prevention signals

App Stores

  • install and referral statistics

  • device-level event data

  • crash and performance reports

Valens does not receive KYC documents, private keys, or transaction authority from any third party.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • operate, maintain, and improve the Services

  • process subscriptions and platform fees via Stripe

  • provide customer support and respond to inquiries

  • display engagement, reputation, and activity indicators

  • enforce platform rules and security controls

  • prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the Services

  • comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

3. DIGITAL ASSET INTERACTIONS (NON-CUSTODIAL)
Valens may display public blockchain data associated with a connected wallet address for informational purposes only.
Important clarifications:

  • All blockchain interactions are user-initiated and wallet-signed.

  • Valens does not process, settle, convert, or transmit digital assets.

  • Valens does not provide trading, withdrawal, redemption, or exchange services.

  • Any on-chain transfers or transactions occur independently of Valens and outside our control.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share limited information with:
A. Service Providers

  • Stripe (payments and subscriptions)

  • cloud hosting and infrastructure providers

  • analytics, monitoring, and security vendors

  • customer support and communications tools

All service providers are contractually required to protect your data.
B. Legal and Regulatory Authorities

  • when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order.

C. Corporate Transactions

  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Valens does not sell personal information.
