VALENS SUBSCRIBER TERMS

These Valens Subscriber Subscription Terms (“Subscriber Terms”) govern the purchase and use of subscription plans on the Valens platform (“Valens,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Valens Technologies, Inc.
By subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Subscriber Terms, the Valens Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines, all of which are incorporated by reference.
1. Eligibility
Subscriptions are available only to users 18 years of age or older.
2. Subscription Access
Subscriptions grant access to exclusive digital content and features provided by creators.
Access is personal, limited, and non-transferable. Subscriptions do not grant ownership of any content.
3. Billing & Auto-Renewal
By subscribing, you authorize Valens and its payment processors to bill your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.
Subscription pricing is disclosed at purchase. Price changes apply only to future billing cycles.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
5. No Refunds
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including unused time, except where required by applicable law.
6. Content Use & Protection
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit subscription content without authorization.
Unauthorized sharing or misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. No Financial Rights or Investment Expectation
Subscriptions are not investments, securities, tokens, or financial instruments.
Subscriptions do not provide ownership rights, profit participation, resale rights, or any expectation of financial return. Subscriptions provide access only to digital content and features.
8. Payments & Third-Party Processors
Payments are processed by authorized third-party providers. Valens does not store payment credentials.
9. Platform Changes
Valens may modify or discontinue subscription features at any time, subject to applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Subscriber Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Agreement
By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Subscriber Terms.
